Job Description
Responsible for assisting with the development of the design time experience of the eBooking and eBoarding family of products. Responsible for gathering requirements, architect and implement the design time experience. 
Responsible for the development of a uniform and consistent user experience by implementing design time resources such as pickers, cache, and models. Responsible for the promotion and coordination usage of core E-Dea concepts and products across various enterprise and ensure the separation of design time code and models from runtime and administrator code.
Skills Required

Solution Consultant – Naples, Italy

Job Description
Contribute to a rapidly expanding organization by providing pre-sales technical support to the direct sales account team. Match specific customer business requirements into effective technical solutions consisting of E-Dea products and services. Requires excellent presentation and communication skills along with detailed technical knowledge of: IP Networking, Database Management Systems, Applications Monitoring & Management, Distributed Objects, Message-Oriented Middleware, Transaction Processing, Development Life Cycle, ERP Systems, Supply Chain Management.
5 - 8 yrs of experience in software industry. Excellent written and oral skills, willing to travel 50% and previous experience with middleware technology. Prior pre-sales experience for a software products company will be a huge positive.

Skills Required

Represent E-Dea in technical conference, seminars and be able to go as a speaker in such events. This person is measured on closing meetings with the right person at target account, and coordinating with appropriate E-Dea outside sales executive and technical consultant. This requires research on target accounts, definition of the value proposition, understanding of how E-D-Dea solutions affect business and understanding of E-Dea customer success stories. 

Skills Required
The ideal candidate must possess ability to guide conversations to identify business challenges, value of addressing challenges, identifying key players, budget criteria/process and compelling business events. 
Candidates must have 3+ years of solid IT sales experience with verifiable sales results. Strong business development, technical presentation skills and ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through conversations and written communications are mandatory for success.  Candidates must have good organizational skills, prospecting and follow-up skills. Experience telemarketing or cold calling is mandatory, as well as experience interfacing with senior executives of major Enterprise Technology companies.   Candidates must be very computer literate and internet savvy with a good understanding of Operating systems and Programming Languages.  A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required.
